Falcons Get First Win Against White Plains

Following a strong pitching outing by Greg Ussery, Nick McMahon and Zack Dingus, the Falcons came away with a win to move to 1-3 on the season, 1-2 in the Hanahan Invitational Tournament.  The Falcons game winning RBI by freshman Zach Phillips drove in Billy Pierce who reached base on a walk in the top of the 8th.  This win follows a tough loss in Tuesday's game against Goose Creek HS.  In that game the Falcons showed some offensive life battling back from a early 6-0 deficit to tie the game only to eventually lose 11-6.  The Falcons play Bishop Ford HS Thursday in the H.I.T.
